It is little secret that Manchester United left back Luke Shaw is pushing for a move away from the club, and various clubs across the Premier League have expressed an interest in the England international.
Shaw has been linked with moves to a number of teams, but the two latest names to join the race are London rivals Arsenal and Chelsea, according to the Metro.
While various rumours involving the fullback have hinted at swap deals, the two London clubs will reportedly look to bring Shaw in for a cut-price fee as United look to offload him as quickly as possible.
The Englishman is yet to play a single minute in either the Premier League or the Champions League for the Manchester club, and his two appearances have both come in the League Cup.
The youngster’s lack of game time likely comes as a result of the reported rift between Shaw and United manager Jose Mourinho, which has apparently seen the pair refuse to talk to one another at times.
Given this it seems that Shaw requires a move away from Manchester as soon as possible, especially with a World Cup coming up next summer, and both Chelsea and Arsenal would provide appealing destinations.
However with the presence of Marcos Alonso and Sead Kolasinac at the respective clubs, Shaw would have to fight for his place if he were to move to either of the London based sides.
